Holland Park, Diemen

Byldis Facades will produce and mount the aluminium facade elements for this new project: Holland Park in Diemen (blocks 22 and 23). Holland Park will be fitted with sustainable components that conform to the newest standards in terms of energy consumption and environmental impact. The design is a total concept with various options and possibilities.

One of the fastest developed and selling projects

The new residential area can not only call itself one of the largest development areas in the Netherlands, but also one of the fastest developed and selling projects. After less than three years of preparations, twelve hundred of the three thousand apartments are already under construction and ten of the eighteen residential blocks have been sold to private buyers and institutional investors. Architect Sjoerd Soeters in De Stedenbouw: “The result is an extremely varied frontage of modern canal houses, welcoming little streets and green courtyards. In combination with shops and restaurants, Holland Park has something of a feel of the canal belt, with one difference: it has all the comfort of a new build.”

Start production: April 2020. Completion: June 2021.
