Training and development We believe it is important that every colleague who wants to, is able to further his or her personal development. Whether it is an internship while studying, starting a traineeship straight after completing your education, or even after many years in the job. We offer opportunities such as the ‘Byldis Academy’ in which you can follow lessons in fields such as safety, transport, engineering, concrete or reinforcement. If you compete a module successfully, you receive a certificate. Furthermore, an annual education budget is made available for following training modules and courses directly relating to your training needs.
